You may have to continue with thyroxin with a higher dose, under the supervision of your physician.

"Your current clinical picture of TSH 9.6 with normal T3/T4 is a classic case of Subclinical Hypothyroidism. A TSH level that consistently remains above the upper limit for 8 years, combined with your recent symptoms of muscle pain, indicates that your thyroid gland is struggling to keep up with your body's demands. Starting a low dose of 12.5 mcg Thyroxin is a correct and cautious clinical approach to help stabilize these levels
Next Steps
Continue the Medication: You must take the 12.5 mcg Thyroxin tablet every morning on an empty stomach, at least 30–60 minutes before breakfast. Do not skip doses. Patience for Results: It takes about 4 to 6 weeks for the body to adjust to the new hormone levels. Do not expect the muscle pain to disappear in a few days. Repeat Testing: As suggested by Dr. Lovely Goyal, repeat your TSH test after 8 weeks of continuous medication. This is the standard 'window' to see if the dose needs to be increased (titrated) or maintained. Check for Deficiencies: Muscle pain can also be caused by low Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D3. Since thyroid issues often coexist with these deficiencies, getting them checked is a smart clinical move.
Health Tips
For a detailed analysis of your repeat 8-week reports, a customized supplement plan for muscle pain, and direct follow-up on your TSH stability, you can consult me directly through my profile.

Continue ur medicine for 8weeks and then repeat the teet. After that we will have to titrate the dose accordingly. And for muscle pain/ weakness, do check ur vitb12 and vit D3 levels also.

TSH is elevated with normal T3 and T4, so this looks like hypothyroidism usually needs monitoring and proper dose adjustment 😊 better to continue as advised, but a detailed review will help optimize treatment. You can book a consultation and I’ll guide you clearly.

Your TSH is elevated with normal T3/T4, which suggests subclinical hypothyroidism. Since your TSH has been mildly high for years but has now risen to 9.6, a low dose of Thyrox 12.5 mcg is reasonable, especially if you have symptoms such as muscle pain, fatigue, weight gain, constipation, or cold intolerance. I would advise: Continue the medicine as prescribed Repeat TSH + Free T4 in 6–8 weeks Check Anti-TPO antibodies again, as thyroid autoimmunity can develop later Also evaluate other causes of muscle pain (Vitamin D, B12, calcium/CK levels), as muscle pain is not always due to thyroid Dose adjustment should be based on repeat reports and symptoms.

If your TSH is higher than the normal, you are hypothyroid and you will have to take thyroxin regularly, daily empty stomach first thing in the morning. You should avoid taking anything for at least half and hour after that. And yes! No need to get your thyroid profile do soon. The changes come slowly and steadily. You may add all those food items which need excessive water to grow in your meals to support cure of hypothyroidism like coconut, rice, Lotus stem, puffed Lotus seeds, singhada, a triangular water fruit.
Next Steps
As adviced above

Take your medicines regularly
