It would have been nice if you have done full thyroid profile. That gives better picture. Usually body tries to compensate TSH levels to normal. TSH of 4.830 from some labs it's on normal or slightly on upper normal range.
If T3 and T4 levels are normal and you don't have any other symptoms, Initially it can be treated without medicine and with life style changes.
Next Steps
feel free to consult me on practo with full thyroid profile

A TSH of 4.830 mIU/L is at the upper end or slightly above the normal reference range (most labs use 0.5â4.0 or 0.5â4.5 as the upper limit). This pattern â TSH slightly elevated with no other obvious symptoms â is called subclinical hypothyroidism. Hair loss is a well-recognised early symptom of an underactive thyroid, and it can appear even when the TSH is only mildly elevated. The TSH alone is not enough to make a decision â you need to check Free T3 and Free T4 along with anti-TPO antibodies (to rule out Hashimoto's thyroiditis, an autoimmune thyroid condition that is very common in this age group and often starts exactly like this).
Next Steps
Get Free T3, Free T4, Anti-TPO antibodies, Vitamin B12, iron studies, and Vitamin D levels done â all of these can contribute to hair loss. Repeat TSH in 2-3 months if you don't start treatment. Based on the full panel results, a physician will decide whether thyroid medication is needed. Please consult me directly on Practo for a detailed evaluation.
Proper evaluation and personalised advice are needed for your concern. A detailed consultation would be best to provide accurate guidance.

Send the whole report.because value of normal tsh is 4 to 5 .and its totally depends on laboratory criteria cutoff.thatswhy need report first. According to your value iys subclinical hypothyroidism means no symptoms of thyroid appear now.
TSH of 4.830 is mildly elevated, indicating borderline underactive thyroid (subclinical hypothyroidism ). since you are asymptomatic, just recheck Free T4 and TSH in 3 months.
TSH of 4.83 is not an emergency. It is a mild abnormality, and in many people it stays stable or even returns to normal. We'll interpret it along with your symptoms and the rest of your thyroid tests before deciding on treatment."
Next Steps
Repeat TSH and free T4 in 6–12 weeks (or around 3 months) if appropriate.
Check anti-TPO antibodies if autoimmune thyroid disease is suspected.
