Should I be worried with following lab reports TSH 7.66 Vitamin B12 138.90 pg/ml Vitamin D 15.16 ng/not Ferritin 8.17 ng/ml

Yes your blood reports are not good at all.. Tsh show you are having hypothyroidism Vit b12 is low Vit d borderline Ferritine- very low..most likely you have iron deficiency anaemia.
Next Steps
do blood heamoglobin,TC,dc,esr, peripheral blood smear.after confirmation you have to start oral iron tablet.in the mean time I suggest you to consume more iron rich food. for vit b12 and vit d also take care of your diet.add more green leafy vegetables,pules,legumes,,egg,milk,,chicken to your diet. for hypthyroidism-- you can start tab eltroxin(25mg) one tab 30 min before breakfast in empty stomach. wish you a good​ heath dear.
