Hi. It would be ideal if you can consult over call. Need to figure out if we are missing something and essentially understand your diagnosis of hypothyroidism itself. Thank you

Tab thyroxine 125 mcg one before breakfast in empty stomach for 2 months. If u use pink salt onl use iodized salt also in balance. As thyroxine is calcium depleting agent you need to add calcium,  other wise your  bones become weak. Shalcal 500 one after dinner.

Get Free T3 Free T4 levels checked along with fasting TSH Levels from a Good pathology lab these tests may not be reliable Have you noticed any signs of hypothyroidism lately like Cold intolerance Fatigue Weight gain (mild to moderate) Sluggishness Depression or low mood You find any change in your Skin, Hair, and Nails like • Dry, coarse skin • Hair thinning or hair loss (especially outer third of eyebrows) • Brittle nails • Pale or yellowish skin Have u noticed any change in Face and Voice • Puffy face (myxedema) • Hoarseness • Periorbital swelling • Slow, dull facial expression If you don’t have any symptoms and just a single high value then get the labs repeated and check if you’re taking thyroid medicines on time everyday and from a Good Brand If still raised levels of TSH come with decreased FT3 and FT4 consult an endocrinologist and titre your dose of Thyroxine First the Doctor needs to examine your thyroid gland and evaluate you to change medications
