TSH level 7.49 at 3 month postpartum
Hello, I got my TSH test done where it came 7.49. Since pregnancy I am on medication of thyronorm 25mg. Do I need to increase my dosage? Currently I am 3 months postpartum.

U r in maintainse dose, not effective as your  tsh  is above  5. U need to increase the dose to 66 or 70mcg. Already answered in first round.

Yes as your tsh is high it needs to be increased to 50 mics initially and after 2 to 3 weeks may need to be increased if tsh not normalised still it normalised and need to be monitored further if it’s not going down too . So consult near by general practitioner
