Seems like fungal infection. Give him tab ketoconazole 200mg one daily for 10 days, candid b ointment twice daily for 2 weeks.
Selsun green shampoo twice a week for hair wash.
If itching, take tab cetrizine 5mg one morning and one evening for 7 days.
