Which specialist doctor should i consult?
My symptoms are,
1. White tongue (without bad breath) which change its color.
I mean in morning when I woke up its white than I clean it using brush and during a day it again start converting white
2. Hypersalivation specially during sleep.
This issue continues from last 1-2 months please help
