Hey doctors,
I hope you are doing well, I had a history of pil-onodal sinus and had got it removed a year and five months ago, the scar was healed and post that I started having pelvic floor issues, i did go to a male pelvic floor physiotherapist and completed the four month course. After a week or two the issues restarted and my erection was fine for a few weeks but it wasn't the strongest, I am married and we both visited a psychologist who informed me that this isn't due to fear of performance. We visited before my consultation with the physiotherapist. We were able to successfully enjoy intercourse as long as I was visiting the therapist.
After a few weeks I am unable to get a proper erection, we have tried everything, creams, oils, methods, etc. nothing is working, we tried again today, I was able to get a soft erection but came/climaxed with two to three strokes. My genitalia's girth and length is less (2.5 inch flacid and 4ish inch erect) and I am ashamed.

A standard pilonidal sinus surgery does not lead to erectile dysfunction.
And persistent dysfunction even after recovery period , excludes surgical complications.
Other possible causes like serum testosterone, diabetes , htn needs to be evaluated.
I would like to know your sleep pattern , addiction and if u get a morning erection or not?
A proper interview is needed to find the cause and start treatment as per need.

Health Tips
it's treatable and mostly not a surgical complication.
Recurrent difficulty getting or maintaining an erection with very early climax needs a proper medical review. It is not always just a performance issueâstress, medicines, hormones, diabetes, thyroid and circulation can contribute. Please avoid creams, oils or self-medication.
