Post dengue issues
I recovered from dengue about a month ago and after that i am having digestive issues. Often after consuming wheat or a bit of spicy food i experience strong acidity and heartburn and irritable palpitations as well. kindly suggest.

You should take pantoprazole40 mg before 30 minutes of breakfast for 7 days  and antacids like digene one hour after meal

Please avoid eating oily and spicy foods. Better to start with Tab Esmoprazole/ Rabeprazole 1 tab before breakfast atleast before 30mins and after food you can take Syrup Digene/ Sucral that would be fine.

Hi. It is common post viral fevers like dengue to have digestive issues. I would suggest you start with some over the counter available antacid like pantoprazole, first thing 20mins before breakfast, follwed by 2 tsp of digene before each meal. Avoid fresh fruit and juices on empty stomach. Avoid fried food, alcohol and extremely spicy food. Drink plenty of water. For further queries, kindly consult. Take care

According to above mentioned history, as you are in recovery period, You need to give time for your body to recover, healthy habits and lifestyle modification with some simple changes you will be able to overcome this in future such as.. 1.Avoid or limit consuming spicy food for few days. 2.Avoid consuming coffee or tea empty stomach incase you are doing so. 3. Limit consumption of alcohol and smoking if u do so. 4. Try eating meals at correct time. Avodi skipping meals. 5. Drink plenty of water minimum 3-4L in a day according to your weight. 6. Trying improving your sleep schedule. Mininum of 7-8hr.
