I would suggest you start with some over the counter available antacid like pantoprazole, first thing 20mins before breakfast, follwed by 2 tsp of digene before each meal. Avoid fresh fruit and juices on empty stomach. Avoid fried food, alcohol and extremely spicy food. Drink plenty of water.
