My mother was diagnosed with dengue on 3 November she had Rashes , fever , vomiting like issues. Platlets went as down as 50000 she felt better by November 9 . During treatment she was given Anti vomiting injection and painkillers In saline and after getting better She has persistent Pain in Her right shoulder. I think she was affected by chickengunya also at the same time. As my father is also suffering from chickengunya. Now she has right shoulder pain , slight fever and in cbc her Platlets went to 650000. She doesn't have energy. Her head aches a lot. Also she has persistent pain in right shoulder.
What should be done now ? She is on paracetamol, diclofenac and predmt medicine.
Her qrp in blood test cam 27 mg.
