I think, I have got chronic fatigue syndrome. I have been suffering from physical fatigue and slowed cognitive ability from the last 8 months. I have visited multiple doctors, did multiple tests, and later refered to Psychiatrist. I have seen multiple psychiatrist and taken multiple antidepressants but nothing is helping me. I am getting misdiagnosis with MD. I highly suspect that it is chronic fatigue syndrome. It's a rare deaseses where many doctors have no expertise in it. I am looking for doctors. Doctors who have expertise in the field, Please comment below.

Hello my brother today report results is dengue ns1 positive and wbc is 3000 ,platelet is 1.2 lakh ,and sgot 373 and sgpt is 228 ,he had fever for 2 days and now from 2 days he does not have fever he is feeling weak and morning dizziness from today morning,do we need to admit him to the hospital immediately or wait for tomorrow morning.

I am suffering from the pain in the lower abdomen that goes to the thigh and is only on the left side.Got the ultrasounds done but everything is normal.Could it be chronic pelvic pain or groin pain? The pain is random ; starts on the random day and settles on its own.

"Doctor, I have had urinary problems for the past 3 months. It takes time for my urine to start, I have to strain a lot, and my urine stream is thin and interrupted. I pass only a small amount of urine each time, and I feel the urge to urinate again shortly afterward. For the past 15 days, my upper abdomen (above the navel) has been persistently bloated and feels tight. I also feel that my bowel does not empty completely after passing stool. There is no burning while urinating, no fever, no vomiting, and no blood in my urine or stool. Please evaluate the cause.

My Mother 73, No Medical History Like BP Diabetes , Had 99 Fever , Nauseatic Feeling since morning , Body Pain & Generalised Weakness. we consulted physician he started with Moxclav 625 & Dolo 650 BD. For Nausea Pantoprazole + Domperiodone (BD) Any More Suggestions? Is it FLU or Something?

Doctor, I'm experiencing burning and tingling sensation in soles of feet and palms also ,I also experience burning sensation in both arms and even in the back of hands . Sometimes experience twitching in any part of body, it's been a long time since I started feeling mild pain in the calf while standing long .I am a student and study from home ,so long time sitting make my back to ache . cervical problem also presnt, pain emerges from the neck and then shoulders and also to occiput and parietal.I had gallbladder removal 5 months ago , Now it's been a long time,is there any chance of DVT??? Actually I'm a medical student,small symptoms make me feel serious about health and whenever I experience pain in calf ,I suspect DVT , pain is not at a single point sometimes I experience it at right side just below the knee, sometimes at the foot attaching photos of the sites.Please reply

Hello Doctor, I am a 26-year-old female. I recently got my Thyroid Function Test (TFT) done with Orange Health Labs. Results: TSH: < 0.0083 uIU/mL (Very Low / Suppressed) Total T4: 12.17 ug/dL (High) Total T3: 0.97 ng/mL (Normal) I have attached my report herewith. Kindly guide me on whether I need further tests like Free T3, Free T4, or Anti-TPO, and suggest the next steps or treatment. Thank you.

“I have a history of calcification in the liver noted on imaging. Previous CT scan (2022) showed small calcified foci in the liver, and my recent ultrasound mentioned small multiple   calcifications 3 mm size . I would like your opinion regarding the significance, cause, and whether any follow-up is required. Report attached , please advise
