I smoked 10  cigarettes a day for 8 months and then quit completely. Am I going to develop cancer from this level of exposure?

Yesterday my period started, and I wore a sanitary pad overnight. In the morning, I found two dead mosquitoes with blood on my blanket. I also noticed a blood stain on my underwear/pants, but I’m not sure whether the stain was from my menstrual blood leaking or from the crushed mosquitoes. I’m worried that if the mosquitoes had previously bitten someone with HIV and the blood came into contact with my menstrual blood or genital area, could I get HIV this way? Is there any risk? Do I need HIV testing or any preventive treatment?

I'm 27F, 5 feet tall, 73kgs, so classify as obese. I was diagnosed with PCOD when I was 14 years old but haven't done any significant tests recently to confirm it. I have tried to lose weight in every way possible but I always have failed. So I want to consider GLP1s. I have done a little research myself but I want to do this with a specialist doctor who can monitor and prescribe. And I want to do it on video consultations. From 2 year I am suffering from left eye pain and I went for check up and doctor said your eye is good he gave me visifresh cellulose drop & torib f eye drop & then i continued using visifresh for 1 year but my left eye pain resist after 1 year I also got headache pinch or point type in my upper head & I ignored it & now I have left eye pain & left head pain. Now I consulted to eye doctor & he gave me 0.5 and 0.25 eye glasses & then I went to another eye doctor he said my eye is fine he told me to do X ray of head & some blood & urine test, xray and all & Eye doctor said you have sinus nose issue & blood, urine report is fine. Then I consult general physician today he told me to do b12 test that is low 253 and gave zerodol p & neurobion. My pain is in left side head, left eye also my left neck & my pain starts from morning when I wake up & whole day my pain is active sometime very high or sometime low and also facing hair loss at left side hairline and all over. Any suggestion?

I developed a pea-sized lump in my right armpit on Thursday. It feels deep under the skin, is hard, fixed, and tender. The skin over it is intact with no redness, pus, or drainage, and the swelling has remained about the same size. I started my period today and I usually get mild breast tenderness before my periods, but this is the first time I’ve had an armpit lump. I shaved my armpit about two weeks ago. I have started applying mupirocin ointment and warm compresses. Could this be an inflamed hair follicle, boil, cyst, reactive lymph node, or something related to hormonal changes? Does this presentation raise concern for breast cancer, or is that less likely given the sudden onset and tenderness?
