Doctor prescribed 2 medicines ramistar 1.25 and cardivas 3.165, now both these medicines controls bp while my mother's bp is normal. So what if after taking these meds  the bp gets low due to these 2 meds, so I'm a bit concerned about these 2 meds and need some suggestions

Ramistar 1.25 mg (ramipril) and Cardivas 3.125 mg (carvedilol) can both lower blood pressure, so monitoring BP after starting them is important. However, these medicines may have been prescribed for reasons other than BP control alone, such as cardiac protection or heart failure, so they should not be stopped or reduced without discussing it with the prescribing doctor. Since your mother has COPD, it is also important to know why Cardivas was prescribed and whether she has any cardiac condition, as carvedilol is a beta-blocker and may not be suitable for every COPD patient. Please monitor her BP and pulse regularly, particularly after taking the medicines. If she develops marked dizziness, fainting, unusual weakness, very low BP, slow pulse or worsening breathlessness/wheezing, she should be reviewed promptly. If you share her recent BP readings, pulse rate, ECG/echo reports and the complete prescription, I can review them and explain whether the medicines and doses appear appropriate. For a detailed review of her COPD treatment and prescription, you can also consult me directly on Practo through an online consultation.

Long term Copd leads to strain on heart and can lead to hypertrophy of heart chambers . So to prevent cardiac remodelling these medicines are prescribed and not necessarily to reduce BP .

These two medicines are often given together after a lung and heart evaluation, even when your blood pressure reading is already normal, since low doses can protect your heart and ease strain from COPD rather than only control blood pressure. Doctors usually pick doses carefully so they don't push your pressure too low.
Next Steps
Keep taking them as your pulmonologist prescribed, and check your blood pressure at home for the first couple of weeks to see how you're responding.
Health Tips
See your pulmonologist or physician if you feel dizzy, unusually tired, or faint after taking these, since the dose may need adjusting.
