Allegra M is composed of Fexofenadine + Montelukast  Usually it is not a treatment option in COPD. But it helps to decrease immune response to allergy triggers that can exacerbate COPD. Some studies concluded that there were no side effects with long term therapy of this drugs and it improves COPD control. So it can be given safely.
