Alex syrup for copd
My neighbour uncle has this cough and was a smoker . He was advised to do chest xray and doctor said he may have copd related cough .he took medicines for some days but it didn't relieve him of symptoms. He is currently taking Alex syr will it relieve cough ?

5- Syp Ambrodil S 5 ml 2 time per day for 3 days after food.
6 - Cap Multivitamin A to Z Gold 2 time per day for 1 week for strength and immunity and immunity.
