Flu

My weight is 50kg, height 165 ms I always feel tired and weak. Whatever I eat not gaining weight. My usual BP is 100/60, but if i do exercise for 30 min in 2 -3 days my BP level still lowers like 95/55 and starts feeling symptoms. Kindly suggest what I have to do to improve weight and BP.

I started my day 0 dose of five dose ARV schedule for dog bite on 23rd of june and it was given on the gluteal region . Later i read somewhere that it should only be given on the arm on deltoid region. Please help me understand whether i need to repeat my day 0 dose on arm or if i can continue with next dose onwards correctly on deltoid region

I am waking up unrefreshed for last seven eight months ,, especially after lunch I feel even more sleepy and tired ... did all check thyroid , glucose (pradinal, post pradinal) , cortisol, testosterone, iron profile , luetnizing hormone ,sex hormone binding globulin , all CBC , liver function test , echo , ecg, chest x ray , ultrasound abdomen scan , vitamin b12 , PFT all are fine ... but vitamin d is 27.1 and ldl is 142 borderline high with healthy HdL I have deviated septum in my right nose ... sleep gets disturbed mildly where I toss in my bed at least five to six times during the night ... also I had a habit of sleeping late , disrupting sleep ( sleeping at 4 am sometimes) till November 2025 which I corrected now ... should I go for sleep study to see if deviated septum is causing this ? Or do you suggest something else

Hi doctors i had some right leg pain and light numbness I have a 1 year baby so i went to neurologist so he made me get creatine cbc and hba1c test everything is in range except lymphocytes it's showing 19.4% when range is 25-40% and when i googled it's says blood cancer am really worried What could be the reason for low lymphocytes? Is it a sign of some serous disease attaching report for reference

I have used 200 mg antibiotics for abdomen problem like diarrhea and stomach pain.! Now symptoms of stomach pain reduced. How many days I Wil take antibiotics complete there course.!!
