Hi, I feel very weak if there is a slight delay in eating. Extreme weakness, hands shaking and fast heartbeat. My blood reports are normal. Vitamin B12 is 300 pg/ml. Fasting sugar and average glucose also within normal range. I have been suffering from acidity and stomach burning since 3 weeks. For which I am taking medicine now. And it has improved. What could be the reason for weakness. Please suggest.

Hi doctor, 4–5 days ago I was petting a stray cat and felt something sharp on her head, which I think may have been a scab. I’m not sure if the scab scratched me or broke my skin. There was no blood or wound when I checked. I washed my hands immediately and applied dettol I felt tingling in that area I'm not even sure . I had 4 rabies vaccine doses in May 2026 . The cat hasn’t returned since. Do I need any additional rabies vaccination?

Today i.e 3rd August , I got my 3rd dose of rabies vaccine Next is scheduled for 28th August Today night i felt like a sore throat Kharash type in my throat Will this cold /sore throat/fever affect my rabies vaccine? Decrease the Vaccine efficacy? If the cold gets extreme /fever is there If i take any cold medicine like montekulast or paracetamol Will it affect Vaccine Efficacy What things effect this rabies vaccine?

I ate roasted kala chana, later discovered the package has a hole which is carefully taped by the seller, seems like it's eaten by rats. I have eaten 2/3 handful of Channa from the same side on each days for two days in where there is the hole. My mother also ate 1 handful on it. What should I do now? Will it cause issues? Can upper GI endoscopy detect h pylori and sibo? I was just feeling burps and heaviness at chest. I checked my iron and ferritin a month back because i was feeling hair thinning, it was 38 iron and 22 ferritin and 202 b12, just wanted to know if bad bacteria is causing all this?

In this echo my pulse rate is 125-135 bpm does there is no grade 1 diastolic dysfunction does due to high pulse rate it has not detected whether grade 1 diastolic function is present or not
