Hello Doctor, I got a minor scratch from a rusty folding iron bed at home. It caused 2–3 drops of blood but was not a deep puncture. My tetanus vaccination history: * 27 Nov 2025 – Tetanus vaccine * 21 Mar 2026 – Tetanus vaccine My childhood tetanus vaccination status is unknown. Do I need another tetanus vaccine for this injury? If my childhood series is considered unknown, can these two doses count toward a primary series, and when should I take the next dose?

Hello Doctor I have been experiencing digestive symptoms for about 1 month. - I developed constipation about a month ago. I usually pass stool daily, sometimes 2–3 times a day, but I often feel I need to wait several minutes before passing stool like 10 min. - The day before yesterday, when I was feeling significant constipation, I had to put pressure while passing stool and noticed a small amount of  blood. Dear sir/madam, I was having symptoms like dizziness, low mood and shortness of breath. I did blood test. T3, T4 and TSH are 136,12.3 and 3.0 respectively and Haemoglobin is 15. But the vitamin B12 is 180 which is below the minimum count. The doctor has given me multivitamin tablet called M-Fol D3. So is this tabelt effective? I have started taking supply 360 multivitamin sachet powder for overall nutrition. Is it safe to have this? Kindly advise.
