My serum ferritin is 6.3, haemoglobin 13.4 iron serum 34 so I need advice. I had a stroke in March 2023 and have diabetes since 2020 both currently being treated.

About 20 days ago I was had increased triglycerides,191 cholesterol,have fatty liver grade two and previously hypothyroidism but now report are not positive,that day my bp also increased, doctor prescribed telmisartan ,I took it only one day , i thought it's so early to take bp medication and the medicine is still the same quantity, I have burning and tingling sensation in hands and feet too , sometimes feel heavy , light-headed ... currently feeling heavy, also have anxiety issue ,stress , so please tell me should I take this medicine now ???it's 4:43 pm please reply ASAP should I take it this time or not?

Hello Doctor, I have mild fatty liver with hepatomegaly on USG Jan 2025, along with IBS, GERD and hiatus hernia. Recently, stools are sometimes beige/light cream/light brown and occasionally float, but are not persistently greasy. No jaundice, severe itching, dark urine, fever or severe abdominal pain. My latest blood test shows raised SGPT/ALT 86 U/L and SGOT/AST 43 U/L, with platelets 159k. I am concerned whether my fatty liver has progressed to Grade 2 and whether the stool changes with raised liver enzymes could indicate bile duct blockage or another liver/biliary problem. Please advise whether I need repeat LFT, bilirubin, ALP/GGT, abdominal USG or FibroScan.

Whenever I walk few steps or normal walking here and there pulse rate is always 107-115 sometimes 120 sitting less than 100 bpm is it normal or have to take any treatment

Dear doctor I am a patient of sub clinical hypothyroidism where TSH level is high and T3,T4  is normal. I HAVE UNEXPECTED WEIGHT GAIN OF NEARLY 8 KG doctor is prescribing me thyronorm 100 mg. Is anything more I have to do to reduce the weight gain.

Few weeks before I was rescuing street puppy and saw a minor scratch for which I got my Day 0 shot on 25 July and Day 3 yesterday(28 July). My Day 7 is due on Aug 1st. Now today I spotted that there were only 3 puppies out of the 4. Not sure if the one survived or no, cannot be distinguished. Should I be worried? Is there a need for RIG?
