Hi Doctor, what is the best way to increase hdl and decrease Idl cholesterol as my report came abnormal.. I have also less platelet count which is 117. My vitamin d & b12 level also came low so i started taking supplementary tablets for both. So is this all parameters related to each other? I don't have any past disease record. Will you please let me know what should i do for cholesterol and platelets issue to make it normal? Attaching reports here for your analysis

I quit SSRI last month, and my bp, sugar and pulse was normal too, today I checked BP with a doctor it was 145/95, no heart related symptoms he said to maintain life style, but pulse reached 105, can I take propranolol or atenolol to lower heart rate?
