Hello, I’ve been feeling very tired and sleepy throughout the day, even though I only work for about 3 hours (from 11 AM). My work mostly involves sitting idle, but after returning home, I feel extremely exhausted and can hardly keep myself straight. I take Ebast M at night for my allergy problem, but I stopped it for a week to check if it was causing the tiredness — there was no difference, so it doesn’t seem related to the medicine. My sleep duration is normal, and I don’t do any heavy physical work, yet I constantly feel low on energy. Could this be due to any vitamin deficiency or hormonal issue? Hi if someone has use vitamin d3 60000 iu bottle for 6 months once a week does it can cause calcification in arteies or not after 3 month of using it I have done calcium and vitamin d 2-30 and calcium is in normal and then also I use again for three months once a week does it has cause any harm to arteies or not

I have tested vitamin d which is -18 than after three months of using vitamin d3 60000 iu for three months once a week than after three months I have done vitamin d2 again it shows -29 and again can I use for three months more or if again for three months if use once a week it safe or can cause calcification in heart and kidney

Today was walking in Road Suddenly a bottle cap hit my foot near toe nail it was watery but not salivary  and a dog was sleeping  near it.I know It's silly to ask but should I take Rabies vaccuines ? I had no physical encounter with the dog,I washed that region multiple times and sandles too and also the dog looked healthy there.
