Dear dr, I am 32 yrs old i have 1 baby girl 5 yrs old, i am suffering from urticaria or hives from last 2.5 yrs alternate days i take allegra 180 and suppres it but later on it arrives again, dont know how to cure it, i consulted various allopathy dr and also homeopathy and ayurvedic dr.. but didn,t get releif, actually this problem started in 2024 jan and in 2024 march , my gall bladder got removed because of gall bladder stone . So dont know proper way whom to consult for this, i consulted skin dr also, they also dont know proper reason, some of them told this is some allergy, but i dont know which allergy test i must go through.. plz help me in this and guide better. I had fever, severe cough and phlegm vomiting ( clear ) . After going to GH they gave potassium clavulanate tablet , paracetamol and Omeprazole capsules. I don't have fever but having vomitting with phlegm again and severe cough with phlegm ( clear ) . What is the issue ? I have taken blood tests and it's all clear and normal.

Hello Doctor. I have IBS since 2022. Once or twice every 1–2 weeks my stool appears light brown, beige or light yellow, and I am unable to judge whether it is a normal color or unusually pale. I have attached today's stool photo. My January 2024 endoscopy showed a small sliding hiatus hernia with GERD. My January 2025 ultrasound showed mild hepatomegaly with mild fatty liver changes, with no gallstones or biliary obstruction. My July 2025 LFTs were normal. I have no jaundice, yellow eyes, dark urine or severe itching. Does the attached stool color look normal or does it suggest a liver or bile duct problem? Do I need any further tests? is it anything serious please say in internet it's showing liver damage and bile blockage and how much time grade 1 fatty liver take to convert into grade 2 my age is 23 i have attached the stool photo sorry for that and usg photo and I have burning sensation from 6 months is it ibs ??

Hi, Last week I donated a blood , that time Hemoglobin was measured as 15.3. After 7 days, I have taken Renal Profile Test and CBC. Hemoglobin 12.4 Creatinine 1.21 Urea 17 During this 7 days back, started doing mild work puts like pull-ups and double bar March. Please advise why the sudden drop in Hemoglobin ? I am not suppose to do any work outs ? Please advise Thanks in advance!

Hi..today while walking back home form work i felt something wet in my hand, hence looking back i found a stray dog standing behind. Seems my hand got touched to it's mouth don't know it licked or not, I did only felt something wet that might be it nose also. No blood and visible cut or scratch on hand and finger. Pls let me know that Vaccine is required in this case. There may be some microscopic skin break not visible to eyes present on my finger before and the dog licked. I did washed the hand with soap and water and cleaned with alcohol wipe.

I have had a dry mouth and chronic bad breath for years. I have no other health issues. I can see saliva squirting when tongue cleaning but it seems resting saliva is low. Have constant white tongue. And after eating, food is not washed away properly by saliva. Vegetarian. BMI normal. Vit d was low taken 60k for 6 weeks. Have thick clear nasal mucus and pnd. History of sinus surgery. anxiety (taken prodep 20mg years ago and stopped abruptly) and tiredness. Breatlessness when slight physical exercise. Heart, liver, kidney all healthy. Haemoglobin good. Should I take saliva stimulant medicines?
