Can I take nervjin d and cholecalciferol together Or can I take nervjin d only? I have 8.7 vitamin .

Hi Sir/Mam, I had typhoid fever from 15th Jan 2026 and titre was 1:320. After taking IV injections for 12 dose and followed by 5 days of oral antibiotics it is treated well. By 24th Jan my fever has stopped, there is no fever/loose motion after that. 1st 10 days I have taken only watery foods. After that had taken moong dal related foods without spice or oil. From last week started with coconut chutney without spice and sambar without oil and spice. It is almost 45 days without fever now, can I start with mild spice and mild oil related home made foods?. What fruits to take?. I need to go for office 3 days per week, can I start?

Hello Doctor, Please advise. I got my blood Vitals done and report shows High ESR level (22) but normal CBC and CRP values. What can be the reason or is this ESR of less significance ?

Actually it's Ramadan so 5-6 days I went to sleep at 3.30am to 4.00 am but as my office has started and I have to wake up at 6 so now as I am trying to sleep at 1 from 2 days zero sleep came in the night time and on day 1 came home after office and I slept at day for 2 hours also. What is the reason thats I am not able to sleep in night frok 2 days why this is happening it's the first time it has happened what's the reason please explain I am trying very hard for these 2 days but zero almost zero sleep came. Actually I had also anxiety but it was 1 year ago and that time dr game me nexito 5 can I eat that for proper sleep please give the solution I am in extreme tension.

Since 2-3 weeks i am suffering from burning sensation in mouth around lip mucosa, floor of mouth, border of tongue, inside of mandible. Mucosa looks red and inflamed. Though i dont see any ulcer in the mouth. It heals and reappears in few days. I am taking becosule cap since 2 weeks. Any suggestions?
