Your palpitations, sweating, breathlessness and chest-side discomfort need a medical assessment rather than being assumed to be only anxiety. Thyroid imbalance, anaemia, rhythm problems, reflux and anxiety can overlap. Please arrange an examination with pulse/BP and an ECG; carry any thyroid reports and medicine details. Do not self-medicate. Go to urgent care now if chest pain is severe or persistent, you faint, have marked breathlessness, weakness, or a sustained very fast/irregular heartbeat. Book a Practo consultation with me for the next step, or visit me at Synergy Multispeciality Hospital, Miraj.
