I am having s strange feeling mear my neck and i am feeling weakened, i dont know what to do and what is the reason for this

Hello well I would suggest you to take water well as dehydration maybe a common cause of the symptom you are mentioning and for further help I would suggest you to meet a doctor in person so that we can examine you and then find out thank you
