Hello Doctors, For the past 3 weeks, I have been experiencing tightness mainly on the right side of my body, especially in my right cheek and right hand. I also have occasional dizziness and a feeling of pressure in my lower back. The symptoms fluctuate — they suddenly worsen at times, then improve, and then return again. I have a history of OCD and anxiety and currently take Sertraline, Trpwave, and Vitamin B12 supplements. My neurologist advised regular exercise, as the numbness and tightness improve with activity. However, I keep repeatedly testing my right side (e.g., holding heavy objects or standing on my right leg to check strength), which seems to make it feel more fatigued. Cbc, hb1ac, lft, kft, crp all normal

Hello Doctor, Wanted to ask regarding Abhyarab Rabies Vaccine. I completed my course after contact with a rodent (big)- no bleeding. Around Nov 3rd week 2025 completed the course; privately I took. Recently last month there was a lot of news and in social media regarding the counterfeit rabies vaccine (Australian advisory) in social media. Anything to do ? Do I need to check my antibody titres? Its been around 3 months

Taking Newtel AM twice daily since 3 months for hyper tension. Current BP is 110/65. Feeling dizzy and sleepy. Also having muscle cramps. Do I need to consult for dose reduction. Also after starting this med . my uric acid is getting elevated. ( 7.9 )

A few days ago, I was experiencing weakness along with pain in my arms and legs and a feverish feeling. After that, I got my blood tests done, which showed hemoglobin 9.8, WBC 13,000, CRP 17, and Vitamin D 22. After 4–5 days, my symptoms completely disappeared as my doctor prescribed antibiotics along with Vitamin D and iron tablets. After about 20 days, I got my blood tests repeated again even though I had no symptoms or fever. Today, my hemoglobin is 11.8, WBC is 9,000, and CRP is 26. I am not able to understand why the CRP has still not come down. I am very worried because I do not have any symptoms, and my LFT report is normal. Please guide me as to why this is happening.
