Your vitamin D is significantly low; B12 is adequate. Iron saturation is mildly low but ferritin is preserved, so do not start iron blindly—please check CBC/haemoglobin. A cold can mildly raise ESR, which is not concerning by itself. I would start vitamin D replacement after confirming the dose with a doctor. Please book a Practo consult or visit me at Synergy Multispeciality Hospital, Miraj for a complete review.
Next Steps
Please get a CBC/haemoglobin test and bring the complete reports for review at a Practo consult or Synergy Multispeciality Hospital, Miraj.

These reports point to some nutritional gaps that are common and usually correctable with the right supplementation guidance. An active cold can also temporarily affect markers like ESR, so it helps to view this report alongside how you're currently feeling.
Next Steps
Please share this full report with your physician in person so they can recommend the right supplement doses for your specific levels.
Health Tips
Avoid starting high-dose supplements on your own, since the right amount depends on your complete health picture, not just one report.
