management professional presenting with constant lethargy, headaches, dizziness (chakkar), and burning eyes strongly points to occupational burnout, severe sleep deprivation, and chronic digital eye strain.
While stress is likely, we must evaluate for underlying physical causes such as vitamin D or B12 deficiencies, iron deficiency anemia
Next Steps
Get blood pressure checked immediately to rule out hypertension as the cause of the headaches and dizziness, and schedule a routine optometry exam.
Seek immediate emergency care if the dizziness turns into room-spinning vertigo, or if the headache becomes sudden, unusually severe, or accompanied by vomiting.
Health Tips
Digital Detox & 20-20-20 Rule: Rest your eyes by looking at something 20 feet away for 20 seconds every 20 minutes, and strictly cut out screen time at least one hour before bed.
Hydration & Ergonomics: Drink 2.5 to 3 litres of water daily to eliminate dehydration-induced headaches, and ensure your workstation setup promotes proper neck posture.
Structured Recovery: Protect a baseline of 7–8 hours of sleep, and integrate short, 5-minute movement breaks every hour at work to improve systemic blood circulation.

You should get your blood pressure checked. Or if you have a machine in your access, try measuring it everyday for a week at the same time. If the mean is more than 140/90 mmHg, then consultation is needed. It might be due to your dietary changes, change of place, any event happening in your life, if any.
Next Steps
Try adding some physical activity and fruits in your day.
Feeling drained all the time, with headaches, dizziness and burning eyes, can come from several everyday causes. Poor sleep, long screen hours and too little water are common ones. Low haemoglobin, vitamin D or B12, and blood sugar or thyroid changes are others. A general physician can check your blood pressure and order basic tests like a CBC, blood sugar, thyroid, vitamin D and B12 to narrow it down. Meanwhile, keep regular sleep hours, drink enough water and take screen breaks. See a doctor urgently if the dizziness makes you faint or a headache comes on suddenly and severely.
