Stress and diabetes alone cause artial fiblartion in healthy heart or not or there are other factors of developing it

I’m 25 years old. I go to bed, but I’m unable to fall asleep at all. My stress levels have increased a lot. I feel like I should consult a doctor. Could you please suggest any effective tablet for sleep? When I go to the medical shop, they are asking for a prescription, so it’s becoming very difficult for me.

My vitamin D is very low and I was prescribed to take weekly injections for 2 weeks and then supplements. I took one dose on Sunday, now the second dose i should ideally take on Sunday but can I take it on Monday, that is after 8 days.
