The stool you see firmer is without constihenz 3 and the other pic you see is with constihenz 3. Can I continue using constihenz 3 for 2 weeks and see if it makes any changes. I have already used it for 25 days but then stopped and instead used softovac which made my stool bulky and it worsen the condition more. Please suggest what should I do I only want my stool to be like the 2nd pic you see

Hi Doctor, i know as a doctor you are all taking much care of your health then us , if something you let me know which you are following daily in diet or in your day to day activity which is beneficial to you in living a healthy life ? Also i drink 2₹ nescafe coffee pack daily in morning and evening, should i leave that if it is harmful to health? Hi Doctor, whenever i climb few stairs or some hilly path my heartbeat increases much more as compared to my other friends. I know some heart beat increase is normal but in same age group of my friends i am lonely observed this issue more.
