Please see my wife's MRI report for back pain. She is taking paradel tpr twice a day for a month and has been advised to continue with it for another month. However the pain has improved 50%. Please advise if it is safe to continue taking paradel tpr for one more month. She is also Nervedel cd3 once daily along with it.

I have been having a blocked nose and a very strong headache along with fever I have cough too along w sore throat

Current symptoms: * Age: 26 years * Upper middle abdominal (epigastric) pain just below the chest * Pain started yesterday * Pain is cramping in nature * Pain comes and goes * Pain radiates to the back * Tender when pressed * Not related to eating (same whether you eat or not) * Does not worsen with movement or deep breathing * Pain severity is about 5/10 * No fever, nausea, vomiting, or vaginal bleeding

I am male 37 year old previous h/o gall bladder surgery done 2016 .from last few days I feel wound in my middle leg .my HB1AC is 5.3 and fasting blood sugar test is 97 and PP blood sugar is 108( done by finger stick )what is the reason for this wound in my leg .please advice i attached pic

I was recently diagnosed with vitamin B12 deficiency (151 pg/mL) and vitamin D insufficiency (21.9 ng/mL). After starting methylcobalamin 1500 µg daily (Nurokind Forte Z) and vitamin D3 60,000 IU weekly about 10 days ago, I've developed fragmented, non-restorative sleep with early-morning awakenings (3:30–4:30 AM), often with vivid dreams, along with mild daytime restlessness.

Getting mouth ulcers frequently and after using Tess ointment and Beplex it will be alright but not sure why I am getting it frequently at least twice or once in a month.

Hello All, I am having Autoimmune Hepatitis.I am on Medicines as mentioned in description. Now since 2-3 days I am having swollen legs and hands.My LFT and other reports are normal. What is the reason behind it?

I have taken all 4 doses of the rabies vaccine (following the day 0, 3, 7, 28 regimen), but with a 1-day delay for both the second and third doses. The dates of my rabies vaccine administration are as follows: 22 May 2026, 26 May 2026 (1-day delay), 30 May 2026 (1-day delay), and 19 June 2026. One month after the last dose, on 20 July 2026, I was bitten again by a street dog. Do I need another rabies vaccine, or does the 3-month protection rule still apply despite the 1-day delays in the second and third doses?

My pet dog bit me today because I mistakenly stepped on her foot and she is 5 years old and has been vaccinated every ear but this ear the dose is still pending which generally she gets in July month itself, the bitw was on my foot on one finger, the skin broke, blood came out. Although I did get by the same pet dog in December 2024 and took full 5 shots of anti rabies which continued till January 2025. The schedule was as such- 1st shot- 28th December 2nd shot- 31st December 3rd shot- 4th January 4th shot- 11th January 5th shot- 25th January Today is 20th July 2026, I did get the first shot of anti rabies which was AbhayRab and tetanus shot as well. Let me know the next steps.
