Hello doctor , I was previously completed rabies ID vaccine in July end 2025. In October took booster dose for new exposure. Again in new exposure in November took erig with ongoing complete vaccination and will complete on 1dec 2025 and Does my antibody level and titer will drop down. As took ERIG does it suppress the existing antibodies?? I am very depressed and tensed. Please help doctor. Please reply.

I have had severe throat pain since last week. Noticed a small bump near the right tonsil area. I also have chills and feel feverish. Went to the Dr. They checked for flu and COVID which comes -ve. Tested throat culture and results didn't come yet. Dr said that bump near the tonsil looks like a fluid filled bump. he didn't concern about it much. Told my ears and throat looks red but not infected. Gave me steroids injection and prescribed augmentin antibiotics. I started antibiotics on Friday night. Next day was ok.  Today I feel more chills and feverish. Along with more throat pain. The palm and foot are feeling very hot and body feels chilly. Temperature is normal but body feels very chills and feverish. Is it normal to feel more sick after starting the antibiotics? I am not sure if I need to get another opinion. I am feeling sick more than before. It's the third day of antibiotics and not feeling better today. Does it look like tonsil abscess? Thanks.

Hi I have one starting one month I take sustain propanol release tablet 20 mg after month I started taking half of it for four months but I got know that we should not take half of it so I take normal proponal immediate release tablet 10 mg twice a day or once a day.twice a day 10 mg propanol immediate release tablet is safe to use or not

I am taking methylcobalmin 1500 mcg tablets from last 1.5 month as my b12 was low 117pg/ml due to which I faced tingling ,numbness,memory loss, anxiety, sleeping problem etc. Initally the symptoms gone away but nowadays I feel more sleepy in day and night . Also, I am taking vitamin d3 per month Should I taper the dose & how can I do that ?
