I have checked my sugar level after 2 hrs of eating and its 142. In lunch I had aalloo bengan with 2 chapati and one cup of raita along with some cucumber. Is it normal ? 142 ? I'm 30 year old an active adult. Thanks in advance.

Does cat hair strand from my dress has any risk .It's not directly from a cat but on dress .

My mother has been diagnosed with neurogenic claudication with spinal stenosis along with high blood pressure.She has been prescribed aten 50 to be used every morning for this high BP condition.Dramatically after taking aten 50 her legs feel completely free from pain or stiffness or numbness for upto 10 hours till evening and after that again pains , tingling, stiffness starts .So can she take another aten content medication in evening as she is comfortable only with aten ,she couldn't tolerate any other composition like telmisartan ,beta blocker like concor .So please kindly clarify me

I started mounjaro 5 mg then jumped to 7.5 and then again came back to 5mg. Now its been 3 months on mounjaro with no side effects and hunger came back rapidly and already gained back 3 kgs after losing 15kgs in total. Can i take 10 mg directly and skip 7.5 mg.

I feel heaviness in eyes and head along with dull ache in neck and upper back and legs with sometimes in arms with numbness. I have mild cervical spondalysis. Sometimes when I need to have  urge for passing stools I feel weakness in legs and arms. I am feeling totally discomfort throughout the day. There is feeling of dizziness sometimes. I am suffering from severe vitamin d3 and b12 deficiency. 3 days back I did a complete blood test and I found my vitamin d3 level 9.67 only and b12 level was 173 only. I am looking for medications and other ways to increase my vitamin d3 and b12 level and maintaining correct levels for both.
