Anal Discomfort
I had recent anal activity, and a few days later developed a pressure/fullness and warmth around the anus. I noticed some clear/white mucus during bowel movement. No significant pain, bleeding, pus, fever or swelling. Could this be irritation, hemorrhoids or fissure

Pressure or fullness after anal activity may be due to irritation, fissure or piles, but infection or a local abscess must be ruled out if pain persists. Avoid further anal activity, straining and inserting creams without examination. Urgent review is needed for fever, increasing pain, swelling, pus or bleeding.
