Light-headedness with imbalance can come from B12 deficiency, anaemia, inner-ear problems, migraine, anxiety or cervical issues; a normal ECG and thyroid test do not exclude these. Please check BP lying/standing, CBC, B12, folate, ferritin and glucose, and have a neurological and ear examination. Avoid driving when dizzy and rise slowly. I can evaluate you via Practo or at Synergy Multispeciality Hospital, Miraj—please book a consultation if symptoms persist or worsen.

What you're describing could be vertigo, especially because you experienced a sudden sensation of the surroundings spinning with imbalance. However, dizziness can have several causes like dehydration, vitamin deficiencies, anemia, low BP, anxiety, or inner-ear problems, so it cannot be diagnosed from symptoms alone. If the spinning episodes are brief and particularly triggered by turning your head, getting out of bed, looking up/down or changing position, BPPV (an inner-ear balance problem) is one possibility. Your B12/Vitamin D deficiency and anxiety may contribute to feeling tired, light-headed or unsteady, but they should not automatically be assumed to be the cause of true spinning vertigo. A normal ECG and thyroid test are reassuring but do not evaluate the balance system. I would recommend an in-person examination, including BP (including postural BP), neurological examination, gait/balance assessment and ear examination. Your doctor can then decide whether an ENT/neurology evaluation or further testing is needed.
Next Steps
For now, stay hydrated, get up slowly, avoid sudden neck movements and do not drive while dizzy.
Health Tips
Seek emergency care immediately if the dizziness/imbalance is sudden and persistent or is accompanied by difficulty speaking, facial drooping, one-sided weakness/numbness, double/loss of vision, severe headache, inability to walk properly, or repeated vomiting.

You do have nutritional deficiencies that would cause the imbalance, but still there would be supporting causes that have not been diagnosed yet for your condition
Next Steps
Kindly take nutritious food rich in fibre and vit b12 like green leafy vegetables, spinach and whole food

Consult with a registered doctor asap

Low levels of Vitamins D3 and Vitamin B12 can cause light headedness and joint aches . But a thorough examination is required for ruling out the actual cause . Positional vertigo can be a possible cause , if so fast movements are not encouraged like getting up from lying position or sitting position .
Next Steps
Do consult a doctor , thorough history and examination with vitals are required for accurate diagnosis

Low vitamin D3 and B12 can cause exactly this kind of imbalance and light headedness, and neck stiffness or joint aches often ride along with the same deficiencies. Please continue correcting these levels under your doctor's guidance, and ask about a positional vertigo check since your ECG and thyroid are already normal.
Health Tips
Please see a doctor urgently if you actually faint, have slurred speech, or develop one-sided weakness. These would need immediate attention, not a wait-and-watch approach.
