Light headedness shoulder pain
Doctor,I had been suffering from back pain, fatigue, and imbalance for quite some time. That's why I got all my tests done. My heart rate was also increasing due to excessive thinking, so I also got an ECG done.I get a lot of pain near my calf after standing for a while.Feeling very tired, there is often pain in the shoulders and back.I am also having cervical problem, I am not able to study properly. Here are some of my test reports. The pain in the back of the head sometimes radiates down the neck to the head.My mood is often very bad, I don't feel like talking to anyone and I get angry a lot.I am unable to concentrate on my studies. I start having back, neck and head pain after sitting and studying for long.what should I do now?

Your reports indicate vitamin D deficiency. For this, you should try to get some gentle morning sunlight exposure regularly. In addition, you may take Cholecalciferol (Vitamin D3) 60,000 IU once weekly, as advised. I would also recommend getting a CBC (Complete Blood Count) done once and sharing the report with me for further evaluation.
Next Steps
Health Tips
Rx Cholecalciferol 60000 iu sachet once weekly

Hi Your vitamin D is low. This can cause some of your symptoms. Correction for vitamin D deficiency is needed. Eat vitamin D rich foods Check your thyroid levels.  That could be a reason. Reduce your stress levels. That helps you a lot. I can understand it's stressful to manage multiple things at a time  and continue to study. Everyone goes across stressful situations in life. You need to put yourself together at difficult times rather than depending on someone else. Find out what is causing your stress and try to resolve it from its root.
Next Steps
feel free to consult me on practo for further evaluation and management

These combined symptoms—dizziness/imbalance, fast heart rate, neck–shoulder pain, calf pain and fatigue—need a proper examination, not just vitamins. I would check BP sitting and standing, ECG, neurological exam, CBC, iron/B12, thyroid and vitamin D, and review your reports.
Next Steps
Please book an in-person consultation at Synergy Multispeciality Hospital, Miraj, or a Practo consult so I can examine you and plan the next tests safely.

Your vitamin D report shows a level in the deficient range. That alone can explain your fatigue, low mood, and the muscle and joint aches you've described.
Next Steps
Please take your ECG and vitamin report to a physician in person along with your weight and fatty liver history.
Health Tips
Your mood and concentration changes are worth flagging too, not just the physical symptoms.
