Hi, I've been feeling extremely tired lately, and I'm experiencing persistent leg pain, which tends to get worse in the evening. Throughout the day, I feel like I have very little energy to manage my daily tasks, and it’s becoming increasingly difficult to get through the day. Please suggest any solutions or advice.

Dip your leg in hot to warm water with common salt  before sleeping all your tiredness, leg pain will go. Advice Assessment of vitamin d 3 b12 T3T4Tsh advisable. For pain leg Flexon mr/ Dan Mr any one after food two times a day after food for three to five days. If any DEFICIENCY easily fulfilled.

Check your cbc for hemoglobin,calcium and thyroid profile and vit b12 levels.
