Keep the head elevated and avoid scratching/rubbing the area.
Swelling from a local insect reaction can increase during the first several hours and then gradually settle.Continue cold compress/ice pack wrapped in cloth for 10–15 minutes at a time, several times today. Avoid direct ice on skin.

I am Dr Shamoon, Consultant Physician. Sudden lip swelling after an insect bite is usually an allergic reaction. Since the swelling is high, watch closely for tongue or throat swelling, breathing difficulty, dizziness or widespread hivesâthese need emergency care immediately.
Next Steps

A sudden swelling after an insect bite is normal. Kindly look for pain/swelling in throat, tongue and surrounding area. Also look for any abnormal skin patches too, if there . Keep a check of your breathing and heart rate. Applying ice pack is a good step, so continue doing that.
Next Steps
Allegra is good to go for now. if pain develops pair it with an analgesic (painkiller) too. But if the swelling does not subside after 1 to 2 days, ,kindly consult here asap.

Take Balanced diet which is mentioned below,
1/3 of food plate should contain bread ( or 4 roti ), pasta, potato and rice.
1/3 of food plate should contain fruits and vegetables.
1/9 of food plate should contain fish, meat, egg, beans and other non dairy sources of protein.
1/9 of food plate should contain milk and dairy foods.
1/9 of food plate should contain food and drink high in fat and/ or sugar.

You've taken the right first step with ice. Your photo shows the kind of dramatic swelling a lip bite often causes, and you can expect it to start going down within a day or two. Keep watching your breathing, tongue and throat, and head to emergency care at once if any of them feel tight or swollen. Also see a doctor if your lip turns hot, painful or pus-filled, or you develop fever.
