My mother age 50 years has bitten by this insect on her fingers she is experiencing Redness,Tremendous Itching and swollen finger and near by area pls suggest me some medicine or lotion for that i am attaching the pic of that insect

Tab monteleukast 20mg one daily tab cetrizine 5mg one morning and one evening for 5days.
Apply betnovate ointment locally 2 to 3 times daily for 4 to 5 days.
