Hi doctor
I have this insect bite...could you please advise if this is an insect bite or spider's urine...it's very painful and itchy...I am 19 weeks pregnant...could you please advise some medicine...I took one tab of lcz 5 mg and applied momate F...but it's of no use

It is a huge infected area. Surely a spider can't pass so much urine
To me it looks like a viral infection of the skin which got secondarily infected .
Please consult with a Dermatologist.
You can also consult with a Gynaecologist on Practo with one or two more photos and if it is an isolated lesion or you have other lesions.

It looks like a insect bite and then spread by scratching.
The treatment you are taking is symptomatic. Some changes are need to be done.
