Based on the description provided and the image, it appears that you may have been bitten by an insect, possibly a spider or some other small arthropod. Here are the steps you should take:
1. Clean the affected area with soap and water to prevent any infection.
2. Apply a cold compress or ice pack to the affected area to reduce swelling and pain.
3. Monitor the area for any signs of increasing redness, swelling, or other symptoms. If these occur, or if you experience any other concerning symptoms, seek medical attention promptly.
4. You can take over-the-counter pain medication, such as acetaminophen or ibuprofen, to help alleviate any discomfort.
5. Avoid scratching the affected area, as this can lead to further irritation and potential infection.
If the symptoms persist or worsen, or if you have any concerns, it is recommended to consult with a healthcare professional, such as a doctor or a pharmacist, for further evaluation and treatment recommendations.
