Seeking a female gp who will do video consults and specialises in women's health. 58 yr old female, obese and high bp. Needing to do a full health checkup including thyroid checkup. I am wanting to go on Maunjaro weight loss injections as I do not went to use bp medication. Currently 90kg Height 162cm.

"I completed a full rabies vaccine course by the intradermal (ID) route in October2025. Then, in January, I was scratched again and received 2 ARV (anti-rabies vaccine) doses by the ID route. Again, in May, I was scratched and received 2 vaccine doses on 10 May and 13 May by the ID route. Yesterday (1 June), I was scratched again by a puppy. There was no bleeding. My b12 level is 281. Do i need a supplement. If need pls suggest how much mg and how to take. I have symptoms like tingling in feet and hairfall.

Yesterday, I was in an auto, and a dog from another auto moving next to me, was drooling alot and its drool was moving with the air. I am paranoid about whether its drool ever entered my nose through the wind. And whether I should be worried. This happened more than 24hrs ago.

My mother was bitten by a stray puppy on the lower leg today. Small amount of blood was visible but no active bleeding or blood flowing and no pain. She went to a government hospital within about 10-15minutes. She received may be TT and ARV vaccine (you can see a shared picture prescription) and a schedule for further rabies vaccine. However, doctor didnt inspect or examine the wound before prescribing vaccinations. After receiving the vaccine at the hospital, she returned home and washed the wound thoroughly with soap and water for about 15 minutes. The washing was done approximately 30–45 minutes after the injury. Afterward, Savlon antiseptic cream was applied. I have attached photos of the wound (after wash) and the prescription. Could you please advise: 1. Does this look more like a Category II or Category III rabies exposure? 2. Was washing the wound 30-45minutes after exposure still useful? 3. Based on the photos and history, should rabies immunoglobulin (RIG) be considered?

I am feeling dizyness and laziness.I am not interested in working to do.hands seems to shake to hold tea or water drinking time.feeling no energy in body.frequently getting cold and nose blockage.if see mobile screen for 10mins then getting nose blockage. When I feel stress or think negative thoughts, then immediately i feel tightness sensation in whole head area, hands become tight numb, toes become numb. Weird sensation of tightness, pain like someone is pulling my nerves. My blood pressure is normal, but when I fear of future or regret about past career opportunities i missed or any other good things i missed in life....like never socialised with people much in youth... i suddenly I feel this...earlier I never faced...but now on even slightest anxiety or worry, numbess happens..since few months constantly im facing... can this be ever cured of is it permanent??
