Iam having heavy weight f 85 kg, some time I will feel severe neck, shoulder back pain while doing job. Kindly help and provide proper guidance for reducing body weight as well as retaining good health and posture.

My father had enlarged prostate and had recurrent UTI. He underwent TURP surgery 2 months ago. Since then, he has been experiencing recurrent low-grade fever (around 99°F). The fever resolves while he is on antibiotics but returns within a few days of stopping them. His urine culture repeatedly shows E. coli. Recently got my blood test done, all my inflammation markers are elavated. CRP is 4.8 Hs CRP is 4.45 ESR is 25 Lipid profile- HDL- 38 Non HDL- 142 LDL- 120 Vitamin d- 8 B12- 252 My weight is 60 kgs at 5 feet. I have no symptoms, other than mid section weight (post c section- 2 years back). What could be the reason for such elevated markers of inflammation?

In my recent blood report my tri glyceride value comes around 280 which is quite high. One year back it was in the range of 170. Please suggest me some natural ways to reduce it down to safe level. And what are the repercussions of high tri glycerides. Thanks
