I complete 4 id rabies vaccine on august 2025 and another 4 on 20 nov 2025 ... on i take 2 booster 17th feb2026  (day0) and another is on 20 feb 2026 but on 18th feb today a dog scratch with one drop of blood on leg . Will i go for another vaccine  or rig ?

I taking 75mcg past 3 months still LASTEST REPORTS SHOWING TSH 5 Value can I increase it to 100mcg or 75 countinue?

Hi, This is Nisha Tripathi, 1. I feel tired every time. I am also not gaining weight although I am having a good diet. 2. Since the last few days I have been feeling urination very frequently even though I am not taking much liquid as well. 3. Also having a very extreme  hair fall. The diet I am taking is curry leaves an empty stomach ,  after doing yoga i have amla+beetroots+carrot  juice in the morning after bath I take all soaked nuts and seeds  banana shake. And A simple and healthy meal 3 times a day.

My Haemoglobin has come low (10) and vit d is 20 and B12 is 306. I feel fatigue, dizzy/floated frequently. Can I start any supplements?

I have done my annual check up and found the SGOT 283 and Sgpt 72. I did some weight training 2 days before the test. Is there something to worry. I have no other parameter beyond the limit.
