Yesterday, my friend sat on a bike seat and her pant was stained with menstrual blood. After she got up, I sat on the same bike seat while wearing cotton pants and underwear. I did not have any direct skin contact with her blood, only indirect contact through clothing and the bike seat. I am worried whether menstrual blood from the seat could pass through my clothing and enter the vaginal opening or mucous membrane, and whether this could pose any risk of HIV / hepatitis transmission if she were having any blood borne disease? There was no sexual contact, no open wounds, and no direct fluid exchange. Is there any risk of HIV / any blood borne transmission in this situation? Do I need HIV testing or PEP?

I was having cough and cold after coming back from shillong it's cold out there I live in Kolkata since then cough started I took antibiotics but all went well but dry cough is not going at all it's been 2 weeks cold cough and dry count is still there no fever .

I am having mild dizziness at sometimes during the day. I consulted a Doctor online. He has advised stemetil md 5 mg once a day but he didn't tell when to take. Whether to take at day time or bed time. Can you please tell me when to take at day time or bed time

Hi , I had BP of 130/91 in Abpm measurement on November 4,2025.. for two months I tried reducing it by taking less salt diet , walking , sleeping on time ... In fact BP reading came down to 120/80 by December first week ... but one episode of serious cough and my BP shot up to 140/100 ( had mutton biriyani made at home consequently three times as well ) ...... during gag end of December taking less salt resulted in extreme tiredness in my body ... now in jan after consulting doctor I started taking 5 mg cilindipine ... but after taking medicine I am feeling very difficult to work ... want to lie down and sleep .. initially had eye irritation and eye redness once had flushing as well ... all that is gone now still have tiredness triggered (??) after three of taking medicine ... anything I am doing wrong here or is it medicine side effect ... first of all should I be on medication if BP is 130/91 as per Abpm ... I have mild concentric lvh...

From last three days I am getting hives and itchy skin  in the evening. I visited physician and have taken citirizen I am under medication now. Inspite of taking tablet the rashes are appearing. I have thyroid, in the last Dec my readings are normal. When I did CBC the last Jul my readings were also normal. I read on internet that if the rashes appear at evening it is a serious condition of some hidden infection. Please suggest

I am getting frequent cold n wheezing I use inhaler also I have increased 5 kgs weight in the past few months after which my hba1c is 6.1 I exercise but due to my running nose n bronchitis I am not able to do much I eat healthy small portions but I am feeling v sleepy all the time and I sleep deeply n suddenly wake up with a noise in my throat is this sleep apnea? Actually, I have already consulted a doctor. The place where I was bitten is slightly swollen and feels a bit hard, and I also have pain in my hand. The doctor said this is normal. He told me to come tomorrow to take 2 booster doses, but he advised me not to take RIG. I am a bit scared, so I am messaging here for help. I have shared today's and previous doctor's prescriptions and pictures of them. Please help me.

Severe leg and feet pain and cramps. Pain in calves. Bad pain in leg 1 week prior to periods also. Especially feeling tightness and pain in left leg. At night it worse.

Is this really serious or alarming reprt Ok
