Feeling ordinary food as unusually spicy can occur with mouth or tongue sensitivity, reflux, vitamin deficiencies or nerve irritation; it is not explained by supplements alone. Please have your mouth and tongue examined and review B12, iron, folate, glucose and thyroid reports instead of adding more supplements. Seek urgent care for ulcers, swelling or difficulty swallowing. Book a Practo consultation with me for a focused review.

Boils that keep returning for a year, despite supplements, need their root cause found rather than more remedies for heat. A blood sugar test is one standard check with recurrent boils, if it hasn't been done yet.
Next Steps
A dermatologist is the right specialist for the boils themselves, alongside a physician review of all your existing reports.
Health Tips
Please don't keep adding supplements on your own, a year of them hasn't touched the cause.
