Hello mam
A platelet count of 431,000/µL is only mildly elevated and is often a temporary/reactive finding, such as after infection or with iron deficiency. The WBC is normal. Repeat CBC in 4–6 weeks; if platelets remain elevated, consider iron studies and further evaluation.

An LDL cholesterol of 93.4 mg/dL is generally within the desirable range for most adults. Platelet interpretation depends on the exact count, units and laboratory range; small variations are often temporary, but a low or falling count needs review. Please do not interpret the report from LDL alone.
Next Steps
Your platelet count has increased from 324,000 to 431,000/µL, which is a mild rise and can be reactive (recent infection, inflammation or iron deficiency). Repeat CBC in 2â4 weeks with your doctor; seek care sooner for chest pain, breathlessness, severe headache or unusual clotting symptoms. Share the complete report in a Practo consultation with me for tailored advice.
Blood counts and cholesterol shift a little from month to month. Hydration, a recent cold, your menstrual phase, what you ate the day before, and even the lab itself can all move these readings. Rather than comparing the two reports on your own, show both to your general physician who can read them together.
Mild thrombocytosis (431k) is most likely reactive; repeat CBC with ferritin/iron profile if persistent.
LDL fluctuation from 93 to 113 mg/dL can occur due to normal biological variation.

Do you have any symptoms for which you got your blood tested or is it just regular health checkup?
If it is just a regular health checkup and you don't have any previous medical record then rest assured. The cells in our blood don't remain constant. New cells are constantly replacing the older ones. That's why there is a range. These cell counts fluctuate and that is normal, given that the fluctuation is not beyond the normal range.
Regarding the ldl , is it from the same laboratory that did your blood test one month back .
The rise in ldl can be caused by change in eating habits. But even if you didn't change your eating habits, these levels fluctuate. But the fluctuation can also be due to the error of analyzer used to check the parameters of bood. It varies from lab to lab.
Next Steps
If you are facing any health problems or any symptoms that made you get your blood tested , then you should consult.
Health Tips
if it was just a routine blood test, then rest assured as these cell number fluctuations are normal given that they are within the normal range.
LDL cholesterol - it is above the optimal level , you should decrease fried food in your diet, increase fibre rich foods like fruits and vegetables, always consume salad with your meals and brisk walking for 30 minutes a day
