Hello, I need more information regarding your history. 1. Any bleeding symptoms? • Petechiae, bruising, gum/nose bleeding, heavy menstruation? 2. Systemic signs? • Fever, weight loss, lymphadenopathy, fatigue? 3. Infection history? • Recent viral illness? Hepatitis, HIV, EBV, CMV? 4. Autoimmune diseases? • History of lupus, rheumatoid arthritis? 5. Family history of bleeding disorders? 6. Alcohol use, liver disease, or splenomegaly?
