Post viral sequelae is seen in multiple patients. Following a viral infection, individuals will be lethargic, will have body pains & headache. Make sure you are hydrated well. For diarrhoea, you will have to start probiotics and Zinc.

What are the blood reports? Symptoms are suggestive of either malaria, dengue or chikungunya. Consult online to evaluate further.

Most likely you have had viral fever. Drink more fluids,  drinks like weak tea, fresh butter milk, coconut water, take bananas, rice, vegetables with less oil. Take rest, tab paracetamol 500mg one if fever is more. If diarrhoea is more, take tab loperamide 2m.g. one every 8hours for one or 2 days.

Plenty of water n liquid lemonade electoral powder buttermilk. Zerodol sp3 times a day after food for 3to5 days  enterogermina respule three times for three to five days. Light  diet home made. Rest.

Stay hydrated drink atleast 2 liters day max 3 Generally platelets tends to fall till one week But as long as u don’t have rashes and bleeding per stools it’s fine Repeat platelets again
