Based on your symptoms ,it may be Relapse of Typhoid (Recrudescence): Typhoid can relapse if the initial infection wasn't fully eradicated. This usually happens 1–3 weeks after treatment ends, but can sometimes be delayed. Symptoms can be milder the second time. A blood culture is more helpful than a Widal test for confirming active infection. Post-Infectious Fatigue or Low-Grade Inflammation: Some people feel unwell for weeks/months after a serious infection like typhoid. Evening fevers and dry mouth may be part of a lingering inflammatory response.
Next Steps
Repeat blood cultures or stool cultures for Salmonella typhi/paratyphi. Tests for TB, CMV/EBV, and brucellosis (especially if you're in a region where these are endemic). Consider basic autoimmune panel (ANA, RF, etc.).
Health Tips
Track your temperature and stay hydrated.

Usually typhoid presents with high grade fever. The medicines taken provide cure, but do  not protect against future infection. Repeat complete blood pic and typhoid antigen tests, share results. For now you take tab paracetamol 500mg one every 8hours for 4 to 5 days. Tab cefixime 200mg one morning and one evening for 5days.

You need proper evaluation with proper examination and a bit of investigations. Typhoid cannot be diagnosed just by CBC and ESR.

You should have got the tests for other causes of fever (Dengue, Malaria). However you can get the tests now. Also get a sonography scan of the whole abdomen and consult a General Physician for a physical examination.
