Fever and low platelet count

Question

Asked for Male, 25 Years

Had a very high fever for three days, Had low fever on the fourth day. The platelet count and wbc count were below than normal on the third day. Today is sixth day, with normal wbc count but platelet count below 1lakh and no fever.

Most likely its viral fever with thrombocytopenia You should observe it for next 4-5 days.. usually it will increase by its own by 7th day
