Hy doc I'm 18yrs old and I have severe stomach in lower left corner of abdomen...at this I feel nauseous and i vomit multiple times and I'm having leg pain too.. 2yrs back I had kidney stones is it related to this??? And this pain comes every month( it's not periods) And i feel more temperature...

I am having dizziness for few days .I also have double vision sometimes .i feel very weak and had fever two times. I took medicine but I am not feeling better and sometimes feels worse. My blood test is mostly normal , only cholestrol is high. I am worried because my symptoms are increasing.

Yesterday i visited a psychiatric hospital and i was prescribed new medication regimen but i having trouble understanding how to stop my old regimen. I have exam on 11th sat and i am very worried. I had suffered my entire childhood with fear induced vomiting daily and the fear shifted from that to now competitive exams i face. Im having panic attacks frequently and shortness of breathing. Can I donate blood after I've taken rabies post exposure prophylaxis? Or will it lower my immunity against rabies if I donate blood ?

At my local clinic, the nurse/attendant threw an used discarded needle with her bare hands and then touched my wound before bandaging. I am concerned that my wound is contaminated or I have been exposed to hepatitis or HIV. Should I be concerned? Please help.

I feel exhausted looking for a dr who won't judge me, I weigh 118 kg am 42 years old pcos since I was 14 years old.. life has been unkind to me, lost both parents and other massive stress so I'm unable to do anything for me, I have lumbar spondylosis since 14 years now radiating pain in knee, feet shoulder.. I was having spotting for which gynecologist gave tranexa .. now routine tests reveal 7.3 vit d , 6 hbac1 and 232 vit b12 levels I hav been put on glycomet 500mg twice a day.. inj for vit d n weekly meds, everyday b vit capsules... I was told to barely eat anything and suffer the consequences of being fat basically.. I take telvas 20 MG... please any kind Dr's here who won't judge me... I will consult and please guide .. much grateful 🙏

I went through a full body checkup in Jan 2026 and my cholesterol levels were high with tsh as 11 with normal t3 and t4 and low vitamin d with borderline b12. Other kidney and liver profile were in range. In cbc , platelets were low which always comes low for me. After one month again I tested only for only tsh which came out to be 20 with normal t3 and t4. I used to do gym but used to do less cardio. Post that, I started running in morning continuously for a month and took vitamin d and b complex along with omega capsules. I tested today, my all cholesterol parameters are normal , all vitamin are normal along with vitamin d and vitamin b12 and b9. Iron levels is also normal. But my tsh is still 20 with normal t3 and t4 .As usual platelets are around 1.35 lakh. Also free t3 and t4 are normal. What could be reason for elevated tsh always? Is anything I can do for it? Any lifestyle changes? I don't smoke or drink and mostly eat balanced diet.
