Difficulty falling asleep

I am a 23-year-old male. For the past 2 months, I have been having difficulty falling asleep. I usually go to bed around 10:00 PM, but I am unable to fall asleep until 12:00–12:30 AM, even though I try to sleep. On weekdays, I have to wake up at 5:30 AM for work, so I get only 5 to 5.5 hours of sleep. On weekends, when I wake up around 8:00–9:00 AM, I am able to sleep longer and get around 8–9 hours of sleep. Because of this, I have been experiencing insufficient sleep on most weekdays, and it has been affecting my daily routine

Kind of headache

I have been experiencing a recurring headache, and I've noticed a very specific pattern. Whenever I go to college, I almost always develop this headache on the same day. My college is about 16–17 km from my home, and I travel by bike both ways. I also spend some time walking around the market area on those days. The headache usually starts while I'm riding my bike back home from college, and by the time I reach home, it becomes significantly worse. Interestingly, if I don't go to college for 10–15 days, I don't experience this headache at all. But the very next day I attend college again, it comes back. The pain is not in my forehead. It is mainly located around my eyebrows and just above my eyes. Sometimes the pain becomes quite severe. I do not have fever, nausea, or vomiting with it. I'm not sure what is causing it. I wonder if it could be related to traveling by bike, wind exposure while riding, sunlight, eye strain, dehydration, weakness, or fatigue, but I honestly don't know.

Lower abdominal pain

I have been experiencing severe lower abdominal/pelvic pain extending from left to right and into my lower back, occurring intermittently about 2–3 times a month for nearly a year. There is no clear association with my periods or bowel movements, although it occasionally seems to start after a bowel movement. My bowel movements are generally normal, with mild occasional constipation, but I do experience burning around the anus after passing stool. Two recent abdominal ultrasounds were normal, and blood tests six months ago were also normal except for an elevated ESR of 56. I am not sexually active, so pregnancy is not a concern. I am worried about bowel or rectal cancer, although I have no family history and have not noticed any blood in my stool. However, hearing about more young people being diagnosed has made me increasingly concerned.
