Your gastric problems aren't likely causing the worm infection on their own. Worm infections usually come from something in food or water, not from stomach acid.
Next Steps
A stool test would confirm it, and your doctor can then prescribe deworming treatment suited to the type of worm found.

Deworming can be considered if intestinal worm infection is suspected. Albendazole 400 mg as a single dose is commonly used for uncomplicated intestinal helminth infections. However, the appropriate regimen depends on the suspected worm (e.g., pinworm may require repeat dosing). Maintain good hand hygiene and wash/trim nails to reduce reinfection. If symptoms persist or there is recurrent infection, abdominal pain, weight loss, or blood in stool, stool examination and medical evaluation are advisable.

Some of the gastric problem might lead from worm infection but you can't come to conclusion until tested and proven with some investigations eg - Stool Culture. There is no natural remedy/treatment for any worm infection. But, if you want the preventions for it - Soak your vegetables and fruits in water for atleast 5 mins before using it, maintain proper hand hygiene, avoid raw or uncooked foods, avoid the food items that comes in cans. In case if you are having some symptoms of worm infections then it will be better if you consult any general physician for deworming medications.

Gastric symptoms can sometimes occur with intestinal worm infection. For natural management, maintain strict hand hygiene, keep nails short, wash fruits/vegetables well and use properly cooked food and safe drinking water. However, there is no proven natural treatment that reliably eradicates worms. Proper deworming medication is usually required depending on the type of worm. Please tell me what symptoms you have and whether you have taken any deworming medicine recently.
