Hi Sir, since you are having fever since 20 days have you done any other blood tests other than Urine Examination. If not then it will be better if you do further routine blood Investigations - CBC, ESR, Complete Fever Profile including Malaria, dengue, scrub typhus, CRP, Procalcitonin.
And it will be probably helpful if you consult any general physician in a person.
Prolonged fever despite antibiotics warrants a systematic evaluation to identify the underlying cause rather than further empirical antibiotics. Please consult a physician with all previous reports for examination and appropriate investigations.
