Your urine report shows some blood and red cells, though pus cells are still within the normal range. Your blood culture is only a preliminary report with no growth so far, not the final result.
Next Steps
Since fever has continued 20 days through two antibiotic courses, please see a physician in person once the final blood culture is out.
Health Tips
These reports carry a different name and age than your account profile, please confirm they're actually yours before relying on them.

Hi Sir, since you are having fever since 20 days have you done any other blood tests other than Urine Examination. If not then it will be better if you do further routine blood Investigations - CBC, ESR, Complete Fever Profile including Malaria, dengue, scrub typhus, CRP, Procalcitonin. And it will be probably helpful if you consult any general physician in a person.

Prolonged fever despite antibiotics warrants a systematic evaluation to identify the underlying cause rather than further empirical antibiotics. Please consult a physician with all previous reports for examination and appropriate investigations.

Please wait for the final result. Since there is some blood in urine you get other investigations also done, like kft.
Next Steps
Please get physical consultation done for further investigations.
