Fever lasting continuously for 20days needs detailed evaluation.
Your urine reports state blood in urine. Possibility of urine infection is there ( if it's not menstrual blood).
Your blood cultures are normal. There is no bacteria growth from your blood. But get urine culture sensitivity done.
We need to find out if any other causes of fever are existing.for that we need detailed history and evaluation

You have prolonged fever for 20 days despite two antibiotics (Cuvibact = faropenem and levofloxacin), so I would not start another antibiotic empirically without identifying the cause.
Your blood culture has no growth at 48 hours, but it is still an interim report; the final report is expected after 5 days. Previous antibiotics can also make a blood culture negative.
Urine shows 8â10 RBC/HPF with 1+ blood, but no nitrite, leukocyte esterase or bacteriaâso this does not strongly suggest a UTI. Microscopic hematuria should be rechecked after the acute illness.
I would advise: CBC, CRP/ESR, LFT, RFT, malaria test, dengue testing as appropriate, and further evaluation based on symptoms/examination. Please see a physician/medicine specialist promptly, rather than taking another antibiotic blindly.
Next Steps
If fever is associated with breathing difficulty, severe headache, confusion, persistent vomiting, low BP, or severe weakness â urgent hospital evaluation.

A fever continuing for 20 days despite antibiotics needs a fresh evaluation, not another blind antibiotic.
Please get examined and review CBC, urine test, chest evaluation and other tests guided by your symptoms.

Your ure results shows red blood cells. Possiblity of complicated urinary tract infection to be thought of. Do you have chills,loss of appetite, back pain? Another thing to be thought of is renal calculi and associated infection , and yet another is any auto immune disease . Needs detailed history taking and clinical examination plus labs to proceed.

Go for kidney function test because you have hematuria in urine test so we need Ultrasound and Kidney function test and CBC for Blood infection and HB level because you have hematuria( blood in urine).

Hi Sir, since you are having fever since 20 days have you done any other blood tests other than Urine Examination. If not then it will be better if you do further routine blood Investigations - CBC, ESR, Complete Fever Profile including Malaria, dengue, scrub typhus, CRP, Procalcitonin.
And it will be probably helpful if you consult any general physician in a person.

1/3 of food plate should contain bread ( or 4 roti ), pasta, potato and rice.
1/3 of food plate should contain fruits and vegetables.
1/9 of food plate should contain fish, meat, egg, beans and other non dairy sources of protein.
1/9 of food plate should contain milk and dairy foods.
1/9 of food plate should contain food and drink high in fat and/ or sugar.

20days is not normal.you should do a cbc with a chest x-ray.
If it is a evening or night time fever only everyday and marked loss of weight you should also test for Tuberculosis.
And also test for some other disease that causes this long fever .

20 days fever is surely something that needs further evaluation. I would also like to know about the clinical history and evaluation of your fever, i.e. when did it occur, how high the temperature has been since day one, if you had other asso symptoms like cough and cold or pain abdomen or nause vomiting or loose stool passage. Definitely I would ask you to undergo USG KUB. Also a routine CBC with PBS along with RFT and LFT.

Your urine report shows some blood and red cells, though pus cells are still within the normal range. Your blood culture is only a preliminary report with no growth so far, not the final result.
