Fever & severe headache
I have been experiencing fever along with a severe headache for the past few days. The headache is persistent and has not improved much with rest. I also feel weak and tired. Please advise what could be the possible cause and whether I need any tests or immediate medical evaluation.

Fever with a severe headache for several days needs an in-person assessment today; it may be a viral illness, but dengue, meningitis and other serious infections must be ruled out. Please do not self-medicate with antibiotics or ibuprofen until examined. Note the temperature and any rash, vomiting or neck stiffness.

Could u tell me the exact location of headache (is it on half of your Head or diffuse) ,and does it increase with sounds or flashing lights or is it associated with vomiting?
