Fallen Droplet , may be 1)  rain water or Saliva of monkey or urine of monkey 2) if saliva fell over Open wound , it needs Anti rabies vaccination. Otherwise need not to worry. But in view of Rabies infection, if you have fear & confusion? Can get anti rabies vaccine .

An accidental fall of monkey urine on unbroken skin is not a risk for rabies. Rabies is not transmitted through urine, blood, or feces. The virus spreads through direct contact with infected saliva or nervous tissue, usually via bites or scratches. If urine touches intact, healthy skin, there is no risk of contracting rabies..... Instead there is a chance of certain bacterial infectious and leptospirosis. Don't worry if skin is intact.

A water droplet falling on intact skin from a monkey, without a bite, scratch or saliva contacting your eyes, mouth or an open wound, is not a rabies exposure. Rabies does not spread through casual contact or through unbroken skin.
Next Steps
Wash the area normally. If there was any bite, scratch, or saliva splash into the eyes, mouth or an open wound, wash with soap and running water for 15 minutes and seek a rabies clinic today. For personal reassurance, book a Practo consult or visit Synergy Multispeciality Hospital, Miraj.

Rabies spreads through saliva entering a bite, scratch, or broken skin. If only rainwater fell on you and the monkey never touched you, this isn't a rabies risk.
Next Steps
If you're unsure whether the monkey scratched or touched you, get it checked by a doctor for a proper risk assessment.
Health Tips
Please don't ignore an actual bite or scratch in future, even a small one needs medical review.

According to cdc guidelines rabies spreads only through saliva or tears when it comes in contact to your tissues. And even if you consider the urine infected it can not penetrate your intact skin so just don't worry about it.
Next Steps
do not panic. just wash that part and forget
