HELLO I drank petrol doing siphon and I felt it till my neck  around yesterday 1am had bitter taste and blurry vision for 1 hour then it was okay and then I ate half chapati and slept and woke up in the morning with no serious symptoms I am only having fear that it doesn't reaches my lungs what precautions should I take or is it fine and okay to celebrate diwali for me

I underwent a coronary angiogram to rule out stable angina.. I requested mild sedation due to anxiety, but it wasn’t given. My radial artery was very thin, requiring multiple puncture attempts, which caused discomfort. My heart rate rose from 84 to 110, and during contrast injection, a warm uneasy sensation triggered panic, raising it to 130–135. I asked to stop, but the procedure was completed somehow in 3-4 minutes.. I have been feeling embarrassed and upset about what happened in the Cath Lab. I’m finding it hard to fully appreciate my results and would like to know whether this elevated heart rate could have affected the accuracy of the results. I’ve attached the angiogram report for your review.

She has been having restlessness and breathing problems for the last two days. She could not sleep during this period. Taking medicine for High BP. BP and sugar normal. Oxygen level fluctuates between 86 to 93. Pl suggest.

Watery Loose motion for 2-3 days. On Oct 15 I stopped all medicines. A few tests done some highlights are: Hb1Ac: 6.6 EGA: 142.8 Stool Occult - Positive Stool R/M - Normal Stool Culture - Normal C-Reactive Protein - 48 ESR - 28 Blood In Urine RBC - 2.6 (Urine) Hb - 15.5 Urea - 6 BUN - 12 BUN/Creatine Ratio - 6.5 Current Symptoms: 2-4 Stools Mushy or Soft Blob, Back Pain sometime, Pin Point pain on left side below ribs. Little Bit Dry Mouth and Bloating. I also have Kidney Stone of 3.1 mm in Left Kidney and 2.4 mm in Right Kidney. I have increased Salad, Veggie and Dal Intake and reduced Roti and Rice. Please Suggest.

Hi iam 29 year female unmarried. From last 3-4 months I see a sever hair loss with itchy scalp, pattern hair loss. MY PERIOD is also not lasting more than 2 days, and period blood is brown and sometimes it's very light colour/water. I was taken few test like Lipid profile, TSH,T3 in the month of June and TSH value is 7.0. Do I need to retake the test?along with that should I take any other harmonal tests? Should I use throxin medicine? Please suggest.

Hello doctor, I have been using antibiotic (safixim o) from past 1 day and i have been suffering from itching after start of medication. On 1 st dose itching started with foot, at night for the 2 nd dose itching spread to hands and back. But the itching is not severe it's very mild. Now should I discontinue the medication? Or should I use any antihistamines and complete the course. Is there any problem with discontinuation of antibiotics? I have been prescribed antibiotics for fever for 3 days. Now fever subsided I have mild weakness, loss of appetite.

My vitamin d3 is 21.7 and b12 is 290 , is it sufficient or i have to supplement it . Which supplement is best ?

Last year onwards I am doing dieting and almost 25 Kgs decreased. But last 2 months i am suffering with constipation issue. I am taking fiber food , leafe veg, syrups, peg fiber powder and tablets. But motion is not free and because of the issue stomach fat increased and weight also 3 4 kgs increased But issue not yet decrease could you please help on thus issue how to solve thus type of issue
