I have anxiety and stress for six months t take concor 1.25 for pulse rate one day all of sudden after eating i feel very lightheaded, ghabrahat pulse rate i see variating 110-125 only two seconds i check two time in one minute but literally i am feeling that I will pass out and extreme unusual feeling and normal in 10 minutes.is this afib i have read afib also give symptoms like this

A few years back, I started developing some itching on anus. However, I did not pay any attention to the same. For past 6 to 8 months, I was having pain in anal region which was aggravated by long sitting, cycling. I self clicked the photographs and saw two boils on anus. Can some expert tell me, what is it? 5 years back i have taken 5 rabies vaccine on my buttock side maybe gluteal area not sure and 2 years back had taken 2 rabies booster on my arm... 6 days back one stray dog licked my finger for a second near nail tips but I can't see any blood or scratch at that place only dryness in the skin that's it.. but I m having really bad anxiety after reading about rabies so thinking to shall o go for vaccine or not and if yes then take full or booster only..
