Hi sir my aunt had gone thyroidectomy surgery 6 week ago after that she had gone spine surgery for tumor follicular carinoma thyroid metastasis stage 4 she was about to get radio iodine therapy suddenly she developed breathing problem dr advised x ray said she has pneumonia 15 days antibiotic injection iv was given yesterday she suddenly went under cardiogenic shock he bp is up n down She is under ICU care what are the chances of survival rate of my aunt Her trop i 54

My doctor told me to use Pottasium permanganate powder on hot water and sit on it for few minutes for my piles problem. But I am not able to find this powder in  Pharmacy. I find a 10 gm packet from agarwall brand which is written "not for medicine use". I can't use it. Can you please suggest which pottasium permangate powder I can use that is for medicine use ?

Hi My wife recently got her thyroid tested and TSH came to be 0.01, T3: 1.39, T4: 11.86. 3 weeks back TsH was 0.1. Earlier she was taking thyronorm 37.5 but stopped after TSH reduction. Also, no pregnancy. What can be done? Also, can we continue to try for pregnancy or wait till TSH normalise?
