Clear UTI. Drink more fluids.
Tab norflox 400mg one every morning and evening for 5 days.
Syp citralka 5ml every 8hours.
Meanwhile get urine culture and drug sensitivity done, to know precise microbes causing it and which antibiotic would be most useful.

Your urine report shows positive leukocyte esterase, 10-15 pus cells/HPF, trace blood, and 4-5 RBCs/HPF. These findings can be suggestive of a UTI, but we need to correlate this with your symptoms and clinical examination before starting any treatment.

For further management, i would advise urine culture and sensitivity according to which medicines will be prescribed
Till then start consuming cranberry juice 100ml twice a day or cranberry syrup 2tsp twice a day
