Hello doctor, I am struggling with many problems at the same time. For example, my weight does not increase. I am very thin and my weight never increases even after eating very good food. Sometimes my digestion is fine and sometimes it becomes worst. My skin also stays dull, loose, and dry. I have tried many things — I have taken protein and weight gainer as well — but my weight increases by 1–2 kg and then goes back to the same again, even though I exercise. My hemoglobin stays around 10–11, and iron in my body is normal. This indicates thalassemia minor, but is this the only reason why my weight never increases? My gyne has prescribed me Fertibless chiro tablet for a month to treat PCOD, I am not able to find this medicine anywhere online/ offline, please suggest me a substitute with same salt. Also I am taking oziva herbalance drink daily. Can I take the medicine with the drink everyday.

Using syringe for blood sample in the morning and in evening buying raw goat meat for cooking and eating . Does this incident is a risk for Rabies infection or just my OCD fear?

Hello Doctor, I took rabies booster dose 15 days before. Now on 3rd aprl 26 i ate cat contaminated food. I took vaccine on 4th aprl 26. I told them to give booster dose. I lost my last prescription so they gave me full course. Today i took day 0 on both deltoids intradermal. Is there any nagative impact i took full course instead of booster. Should i take only 0,3 now and stop!! As for booster the quantity is only .1ml but in normal its .2ml in day 0. So extra vaccine cause any issue ?? Please reply doctor.

Respect Doctor's! Hope your doing well! I'm having nausea feeling for more than month, I vomited once which was normal and  clear. Pustules on body (on stomach there was  itching, rashes and pimples, pus filled pimples back of neck and shoulder and other parts repeatedly ) and stye for the  third time within 1 year on eyes which is currently there for more than 15 days this time, I took doxycycline for 3 days as it was causing sever gastric issues which was making eating and swallowing difficult and painful even after taking antacid, so I discontinued yesterday.Pain and swelling in distal phalanges index finger for the past 3 days.. What could be possible reason and any test required? I did CBC and master health check up 2 months ago, ESR WAS 44, and disc bulge in spine and  Dr said nothing to worry as others things were normal including uric acid and  creatinine. What could be the possibl reason and what should be done? Your valuable opinion will be highly appreciated. Thank you.

Today afternoon...i was at maggi shop...i ate maggi with corn in it...after eating it ...i was observing as if something is in my throat...it bothers me alot...what it will be?

On 26 October 2025 for the very first time I seen my tsh level came 6.300 doctor told me oys broderline you don't need medicine it will recover or else do test after 3 month I wait but for few days I feel tired body ache and so many mood swings so test again in the date of 28 march 2026 it's tsh level is 4.150 still borderline so I am thinking that should I have to wait next few month or o should go to doctor if yes which department my body is increasing weight and decreasing weight frequently like 7 kg just come like that and go like that also mood swings and many more thing what should I do ?
