Dog scratch

“In the last 3 years, I have received the rabies vaccine twice. The second time was about 6 months after the first, and since I had already been vaccinated, the doctor gave me only 2 booster doses instead of the full 4-dose course. Now, I had a minor incident with a dog — there was no bite, no bleeding, and no visible scratch. I only lightly bumped into the dog, and later felt slight itching on my skin, but I couldn’t find any injury or broken skin. I washed the area immediately. Given this history, I want to know if I need to take the rabies vaccine again, or if the previous vaccinations still provide protection.”

Betacap tr 40 - daily dosage

I was diagnosed with a neuro problem and was prescribed Tryptomer 25 mg (once daily) and Trigabactin (twice daily). My nerve pain improved a lot, but I started having palpitations and a hollow feeling in my stomach. Later, my doctor changed the medicines to Placida (twice daily) and Gabapentin (once daily), but palpitations continued. Then my physician added Betacap 40 TR (twice daily), and now my heart rate stays around 60–68 bpm, but I feel low and tired. I also have severe anxiety with occasional anxiety attacks. Could these symptoms (low heart rate, tiredness) be due to Betacap or medicine interaction? Is it safe to continue? And what can help manage anxiety and palpitations better?

Single kidney & creatine monohydrate

I am a 43-year-old male, 5'11" and 80kg, with a single kidney by birth. I am healthy, with no history of diabetes, high blood pressure, or high cholesterol. I currently work out regularly and consume 70-80g of protein daily. Considering my single kidney, would it be safe for me to take a minimum dose of creatine monohydrate to support muscle building and workout performance?

Constant Hiccups

On 30th sept my dad had silent attack and was hospitalised for high bp and his ecg had minor fluctuations and then he got discharged on 6th October. On 7th October he had 2nd silent attack for which we then did angioplasty as he had 99% blockage. After discharge on 11th, he had bloating and had not passed stool for more than a week and had hiccups and burps. So on 14th we got him admitted again. He had intestine obstruction for which he was admitted for 9 days. Now he came back home on 23rd and as soon as he came home again the hiccups started. It's going on and off. Whenever he moves from a resting position he gets hiccups. The doc gave him tabs and syrups but its not working. Although now he is passing stool and urine but he still has on and off hiccups. He also has swelling in both legs. His creatinine is 1.4. Postassium and sodium are in control. I am not sure if he was treated correctly or not. What to do?
